Leadership at all levels - Way to become an Authentic Leader

This class was designed by Kelley Meyers

During the 10-week class, Kelley provided us with different methods to identify our values and strengths in the Leadership style. We have read a lot of articles, reflections, and reports to evaluate ourselves on our journey.

My values are: Humble, Responsible, and Positive

My strengths are being a Pioneer, Stimulator, and Connector

This was where I identified myself as a value-based leader. I valued the difference between people, co-workers, and team members. I stood out by providing an authentic and open workplace, I was willing to share and received feedback. I will keep my values and strengthen my possibilities in my future career. 

Throughout this course, I also had a chance to interview Ms. Jebby Fronda, a Fashion Brand Marketer in the Philipines, also a CommLD student with her Leadership styles and values. Please find the video below for an interview:
