Nestlé is a global food and beverage company headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. Established over 150 years ago, Nestlé is the world's largest and most diversified food and beverage company, with a presence in 188 countries. The company has a significant presence in Vietnam, with five factories and two distribution centers. Nestlé Vietnam is known for its diverse product range, including Nescafé, Milo, Maggi, Nesvita, and La Vie.

As a business development, my brand was MAGGI Professional, served Out-Of-Home categories, such as Full and Quick Service Restaurants, Catering, and Hotels and resorts. My main duties are managing and developing digital platforms. We created a series of media communications such as Product Reviews, Brand Catalogues, and Food Recipes and supported cross-function teams on enhancing awareness and increasing sales revenue.

Furthermore, bringing the best CULINARY SOLUTIONS was also our vision. The marketing and chef team established the concept selling series that provided our valuable customers unique experience in testing and tasting our products. We organized monthly customer engagement events nationwide, among big cities in Vietnam. With this approach, we reached potential customers, offered them trials, and delivered a variety solutions (such as new food/sauce recipes, young chef classes, and professional chef tasting)


We saw significant growth this year by using the Concept Selling approach, we achieved 110% of the target with the Organic growth of 29% in 2023 compared to 21% growth in 2022. We acquired new customers nationwide, which opened a chance for us to expand our current portfolio and import new products from the global to Vietnam market.
